APSSA’s Executive Committee is elected at a general meeting held every two years.

The President Elect is responsible for organizing the biennial APSSA conference in their country. In between, the Executive Committee meets three times in between the two general meetings.

The secretariat, based in Hong Kong, is supported by the Administrative Secretary nominated by the Hong Kong Student Services Association and appointed by the Executive Committee.
