Letter of Invitation
Upon completion of the online registration form and full payment, an official invoice and confirmation email will be issued to you. These documents can be used for visa or other related travel applications.
Individuals requiring a letter of invitation to obtain travel visas can send their requests to the Secretariat at apssa-ic2026@twc.edu.hk no later than 12 Oct 2026.
Please take note of the following conditions:
1. The Letter of Invitation will only be issued to registered delegates who have successfully completed their registration and payment.
2. Please ensure your conference ticket purchase is finalized and paid in full before submitting your request.
3. The Letter of Invitation will only be issued in PDF format and sent via email.
4. Each request covers only ONE attendee.
5. Please allow up to 10 working days for your request to be processed.
6. The Secretariat is unable to contact the Immigration Department on behalf of individual attendees attempting to gain entry into Hong Kong.
7. The Secretariat reserves the right to decline any request at its sole discretion without providing further reason.
