Registration is now open for the 19th APSSA International Conference.
Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment, and not the registration date.
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include 9% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration straight away via email including a tax invoice. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please first check your spam folder then contact the conference organiser via ask@apssa.co. All payments must be in Singapore dollars (SGD). Payment may be made by:
  • Credit card – MasterCard or Visa.
  • PayNow (Do note that processing time for refunds, if any, may take longer for this payment mode)
If you are seeking the early bird registration rate, payment must be made prior to the early bird registration deadline.
  • Cancellations must be advised in writing to the conference organiser.
  • Registration cancellations received by 5 pm (GMT+8/SGT) on 2 Nov 2024 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of SGD 100.
  • Cancellations received after 5pm (GMT+8/SGT) on 2 Nov 2024 will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Meeting point: Entrance of Singapore Management University Administration (SMU) Building (81 Victoria Street, Singapore 188065)
  • Introduction to SMU and the work of the SMU student affairs team
  • Tour of the SMU campus
  • Guided visit to the National Museum of Singapore (NMS) (subject to availability, ticket cost to NMS will be borne by attendee)
  • Organising partner (SMU) will provide necessary details to attendees upon confirmation after 2 Nov 2024.
  • Details and availability of the tour are subject to change

Wed 20 Nov 2024, 2:30pm – 5:30pm 

  • Meeting point: NUS drop off point in front of Education Resource Centre
  • Introduction to Nanyang Technological University (NTU)
  • Tour of the NTU campus
  • Organising partner (NTU) will provide necessary details to attendees upon confirmation after 2 Nov 2024.
  • Details and availability of the tour are subject to change.

The 19th APSSA International Conference is held at the National University of Singapore (NUS), University Town, 2 College Ave West, Stephen Riady Centre, Singapore 138607

Accommodation

NUS has liaised with multiple hotels to provide conference participants with a discounted room rate. Participants are reminded to directly book the accommodation of their choice on their own, in advance.

Letter of Invitation

An official tax invoice and confirmation email will be issued to you after the completion of the online registration form and payment in a timely manner. These documents may be used for visa or other related applications. Individuals requiring a letter of invitation to obtain travel visas or other official purposes can complete this online Request Form and submit to our Conference Secretariats.

  1. The Letter of Invitation will only be issued to qualified registered delegates.
  2. Please ensure you have completed the purchase of your conference ticket with full payment made before submitting this Request Form.
  3. The Letter of Invitation will only be issued in PDF format and sent via email.
  4. The Request Form must be submitted no later than 10 Oct 2024. Any request submitted after 10 Oct 2024 will be declined.
  5. Each Request Form caters to only ONE attendee.
  6. Please allow up to 10 working days to process your request.
    NUS is not able to contact Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) in support of an individual attempting to gain entry to attend our events.
  7. NUS reserves the right to decline any request as it deems inappropriate without giving any reason.
